sigma chi's new house?
by: ?So Sigma Chi is building a 4 million dollar house starting in May. Obviously they are an irrelevant house at the moment but I'm curious what you guys think the next few years will look like with them having (possibly) the nicest house on the row. Is there hope for them?

Honestly if they have a good party room and play their cards right, I think they could at least make it to middle tier! Might just end up being another PKS or Pike where the top tier frats have biads and stuff with them just so they can abuse their party room, but we’ll have to see!

Big 9 are tkes sae pi kapp theta chi signu Fiji pkt ato and kinda lambdas in that order. Other houses are still okay but these are the ones where sororities typically go

Sigma Chi, you have been constantly lying to numerous people who visit your house during formal recruitment or informal about building the house. You said the house would be started last year. You have been lying for years. How long is it going to take for you to actually finish that house? It's going to be 2 or 3 years +, right? If it doesn't beat Phi-Kappa-Theta house, you are going to be the legit laughing joke on Greek-Row.

^ facts. They’ll be a pks/pikes for at least 2-3 years but eventually one of those three will start to move up to upper middle and etc once one of the big 8 gets shut down
