It really depends on how much they like you and the reason why your gpa is low, then they might be willing to overlook it if its just under a 3.0 or their respective gpa requiremnet (which is a little higher for some houses). If its way under, then you may have a problem.

Don't worry, all houses are great and all will work out for you!

If you are apart of PC 14 you will be held to a new level of accountability after all of the BS that PC 13 pulled, and in wake of the new rules the university slapped on houses. The new minimum GPA requirement for chapters to be in good standing is a 3.0 (up in a whole semester from a 2.7) and while you may think your 3.6 AP class GPA will cut it, college will push that to the test. They are looking to see if you will be able to bring the house's grades up and not become a holdover. I'd try to find some friends that are in some various houses though... I know 'Top Tier' APhis had a lot of issues this year for whatever reason.

Don't worry - go through recruitment and have fun and you will get into a great house. All of Greek Row is great and all house's have both good and bad in them but they are all great. Some of the lower houses have been really coming up in the ranks and don't believe that all of the top houses are really any better than the others. I have friends in all houses and know great people in all of them. Same with the guys, I have friends in many of the houses and have fun and socialize with them all. Be proud to be Greek and enjoy WSU. Good Luck!
