i am a PNM, and i am looking at couple houses i am interested in. Tke, Phi delt, Delts, and theta chi; what are different things about theses houses, which has better parties, which has a better brother hood? thanks!

If any of theses houses end up having a bad pledge class this fall they will go down hill! Pdt, delts had a hot pledge class and made thier house look better

The first comment pretty much sums it up. It's very possible Theta Chis get completely shut down before 2013-2014 year is over with the way the IFC has been lately.

I would try join any of those besides tekes. But getting in houses isn't too easy
