That's the 2013 Monopoly answer, yes. For those of you who don't know, Monopoly is put on by the top houses (THETA CHI AND ATO) and they decide the top sororities for the coming year.

Kappas are going down fast. Another house is taking over their spot for sure. They should be a middle house.
