Are Pikapps and TKEs good houses? top houses? if not, what are? Im doing summer recruitment this summer, so any ideas or tips would be welcomed also.

I don't go to tke often but I go to Pi Kapps a lot and it is definitely one of my favorites. They have really good parties and really nice guys. They are a very good house all around.

pi kapps are a rising frat
you should also check out other frats like theta xi, phi delts

Seriously only look into farmhouse. They have the best parties and every girl that I know that's in DGs, APhis, and KDs always go to farmhouse every weekend
