delts ?

can someone tell me whats up with DELTS ? I've seen comments about what will happen "when they get their house back" but im not sure what that means. Seems like i heard something about a pipe that burst last year, so they were displaced for a short time, but im not sure what this new stuff means....any help from anyone that can shed some lite on this ?

My buddies in delts said they won't be getting it back until at least next year, they aren't even sure. but they should be off social probation next semester

House currently being renovated . Should be done next fall. There is talk of getting another fraternity for next semester.

what does that mean ? another fraternity taking over their house or do you just mean another fraternity on campus ?

delta sigma phi is coming here but they don't have a house, if they buy the property (which I doubt they have enough money) then they'll move in there but its highly unlikely
