For girls I've heard you want at least a 2.8 its more selective. For guys honestly doesent matter all that much (some more than other houses however), above a 2.5 I'd say you'll get bids

If you're a girl 2.8 is the minimum you'd want to have but in reality if you're coming from HS it's a 3.0 and transferring a 2.8. That's a Panhellenic number but each house has their own number as well and honestly the higher the better. I know for some houses I have friends in they said they'd let go anyone below a 3.0 unless they REALLLLLY loved them. It's pretty much like that for most houses so anything above a 3.0 regardless if you're straight out of high school or transferring is a good place to be. Also, check the PDF file on the WSU Greek site because you can see what a house's average grades are and get an estimate of where you should be coming into recruitment
