Honestly, you are going to have to go through the recruitment process here to know. I would highly suggest not having someone put an "ideal" fraternity in your head because you need to find the one that fits you best. You'll enjoy your time here more that way.

Phi delts-cool group of guys, good parties, but a couple of weirdos
Sig eps- nice house and location, bunch of geeds,classy
acacia- small, weirdos, but some people like them
AGR- seen as the hicks of Greek row, i have heard from some girls that they can be rude
PiKapps-know to be gentlemen, have good parties, but can be somewhat Douchy at times to other guys not in their house
TKE- known to be nice and have good parties, but are know not to be so good looking
fiji- nice to girls, have tensions in their house with guys in it
sigm nu- nice house, a mixed house of guys
Dsigs- down the hill, nice groups of guys, parties aren't so much to talk about, and aren't really heard of as much in campus or Greek row
delts- good parties, mixed guys
ATO- was considered to be one of the big 3 ok group of guys parties are good... they do get girls though...
theta chi- great parties, mixed group of guys, house does smell bad though...
pikes- out of business
kappa sigma- not heard as much, but hear guys get into arguments alot with each other
sigma pi- small but growing not really much negative about them expect being small.
Betas- douchy, classy, high GPA douchy only with academics:/
theta xi-best drinks, but girls get drinks there and then go to other places, but great group of guys
PKT- nice house, douchy, good parties at their live outs
PhiTau- bearly nothing heard of them
Sigma chi- the shack, a lot of geeds, rude to girls
DU- mixed group

DRY houses: Sig Eps, Betas, PKT, Sigma nu
