I can definitely tell which are bottom tier for sure.

The funny thing is that it changes through the years. One house will be super "hot" for a few years and then not so much. SAE fraternity was closed down when my sons were in school. They acted like I was crazy because it had been the "best" frat when I was in school. One thing that makes the houses top tier is their national involvement or being strong across the Nation.

Looking back I would've made more effort with the sorority I ended up in. The women that I know that were sisters have accomplished many amazing things and have been very successful. My advice is to be happy where you land and put your all into it. Good things will come. Enjoy school because life comes on hard and fast. In the long run whether you are in a "top tier" house or not it will not make a bit of difference in the long run. NO one will care when you are out in the job market. It is ridiculous and immature to think it will.

sorta... the bottom teir houses seem bottom tier for the most part but pi phi doesnt really. they seem cuter/nicer than the others. they seem like a middle teir house.

I agree- Pi Phi should be heading to mid tier. They seems more similar to Gamma Phi, AchiO and AOiI than to bottom houses
