I was wondering what was the average GPA for a transfer student to get into a frat? And which ones takes GPA seriously?

You'll need at least a 2.9 GPA. It's not likely you'll get into any of them with less than that coming from another college, as it shows you can't handle the workload given even without the commitment to a fraternity.

what are some frats that take GPA very seriously? and what house are more easy going? and thanks for the advice.

No fraternity will realistically consider a transfer with below a 2.9 GPA. All of them are held to the same academic standard, which is a 2.9 average. Your best best would be to try and rush a fraternity that is currently unrecognized by the university, though their nationals may require a GPA minimum anyway.
