transfer student from uw

So I might end up transferring to WSU next year if I don't get into this program at UW. The thing is I'll be going into my Jr. year. Is that to old to get a bid? I'm in a fraternity at UW but they don't have a chapter at WSU. What should I do?

If you're already initiated into a social fraternity, you cannot join another one, even at a different college. You won't be able to rush.

If you aren't in a fraternity, you can go through rush just like anybody else.
