I'm thinking about rushing and I haven't heard Phi Kappa Sigma on here, what do people think of them?

They got Phi Delts' old house which is good for them, but they're generally considered bottom tier. Nobody really has any opinion about them because they don't mix a whole lot with other houses.

They have a few weirdos but honestly a lot of them are chiller dudes than people give them credit for. The popularity is for sure not there yet tho. I honestly confuse them with Phi sigs (the guys moving into DU) all the time
