Once delts is off so-pro they'll be upper middle tier and I'm sure make there way towards the top

Very good, only thing I'd say is that I think TKE isn't top but rather upper middle, Betas are a LOT better than K-sigs and probably middle, and I wouldn't put AKL anywhere higher than bottom.
