rushing fraternities

Hey so I'm out of state coming to WSU this fall as a freshman and I'm planning on rushing. Obviously different fraternities tend to have different types of guys. Recruitment seems to be a lot about finding the house which fits you best, Coming from out of state I'm wondering which types of guys tend to go with which fraternities.
Also I'm very concerned about my 3.2 GPA, is this too low to get a bid and if so would I benefit by rushing in the spring assuming I do well first semester freshman year.

You'll get a feel for each fraternity during formal rush, don't ask people "which types" of guys are in houses, find out for yourself. As for the GPA, it's not too low for a bid, and fraternities aren't nearly as strict about this as sororities are anyway. Go ahead and rush in the fall.
