not getting a bid
by: ----Im going through recruitment this upcoming fall, and I'm worried because people on here keep saying that they didn't get a bid. If I have a 4.0 and was a cheerleader and ASB member in high school, is it still possible I might not get a bid? Do looks really matter that much?

Not everyone gets a bid. After preliminary cuts for grades/involvement (which shouldn't affect you), it comes down to how well you click with the houses that you preference. If you choose 3 houses that didn't like you, you may not get a bid. If you choose houses that you made a good impression with, you'll be fine.
