Is it true Sigma Nu is losing Sigma Two at the semester? I keep hearing that

Heard they are having trouble paying to keep it as a party house since they don't party much in it. Many of them may come from money, which just means they are trying to be economical by letting it go when it isn't really "going off."

They aren't losing it. Two of the non residential frats tried to sign leases on it but Sigma Nu didn't want to give it up.
