If you genuinely don't care about/don't want to live in a house, then go for it. If you want to live in a house or care about having one even a little, don't.

Phi Sigs has the Palace and a lot of people like to go there. Probably the most well known of the frats without houses.

Phi Sigs is the only one that anybody has heard of... Obviously they don't have a real house but good brotherhood and cool guys. I've got a homie in that house, and the Palace is honestly more fun than most other liveouts 😂
