The fact that pi phi just had their very first informal recruitment and are already considered by most everyone to be middle tier is incredible. Their recruitment numbers were better than some well established chapters on campus. These girls are incredibly involved and a ton of them are total babes. This house is going to be huge in a few years.

I'm not a Pi phi but my best friend is and despite me being in a different house all of her sisters are always so nice and welcoming to me when I visit. They're always friendly and kind and I can count on those girls even though they're not my own sister. This is a really quality house with some really high quality girls

DG's paid over 3k for a professional to shoot their recruitment video whereas pi phis are resourceful, smart, creative and awesome enough to make their own and have it look just as good as the houses that dropped thousands of dollars and their video. Houses like Pi Phi spent that money on sisterhood and other stuff , which is a smart allocation.

Definitely top middle tier, used to be on top and are slowly getting bac up there. For a chapter thats just come back to campus they are doing great! Their girls all seem genuine and chill. They also had 2 big philanthropies that I participated in that had a pretty good turn out.

The Pi phi house is beautiful....the girls, well let's just say they're below average. Probable 1 out of every 40 girls is actually pretty. They have so much opportunity to be a better house but they give out bids to anyone and have hella bad grades. Also they think they're becoming a top house which is actually hilarious

Honestly the most diverse house on campus and if the memeberd really hated their house like some have claimed they would not have held on to almost all of their new memebers. Grades are on the rise and every club or honesty society I've heard of has a Pi phi in it. Upper middle tier for sure.

Those hours is full of catty girls who are trying to social climb their way up the Greek system after being here for just a year. Watch out PNMS, they will try to deceive you during recruitment, but they have lots of internal drama and are so mixed that there are separate cliques in the house.
