Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Washington State University - WSU 1.0 They are NOT on a rise! They had a terrible PC13 and lost soooo many girls. They have NO sisterhood and some of these girls are the worst rude, selfish, self center girls I know. How can they be on the rise when no one really cares for you.
