Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 4.6 Theta Chi is clearly a top house nationally. They are top in the SEC/South (Bama, UFlorida, FSU, Auburn, Georgia, etc,) Big Ten/ Midwest/ East Coast (UMich, Purdue, Indiana, Rutgers, Maryland, Syracuse), California (SDSU, Long Beach State, cal poly, etc.) As far as the Washington State chapter is concerned, I feel that they are underrated.

Theta Chi is clearly a top house nationally. Guessing you aren't from around here or else you would know that Theta Chi at WSU is one of the traditional top 3 houses, and continues to be a top house. The whole northwest is overshadowed by the unfortunate likes of UI, UW, Oregon St...etc but yeah WSU Theta Chi probably is underrate nationally, but it isn't surprising as they are a shining star in a very dark area of the country.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 2.8 Only been there a few times so maybe I picked bad nights, but the parties were average. Not the worst but nothing great, some of the guys were chill but others were super blacked out and annoying. Middle tier house
