Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 2.0 These wanna be frat stars are somewhat pathetic on many different aspects. Their household is filled with a bunch of sheltered children and their inability to recruit has them in a rut that they may not be able to get out of for years. I wish them the best. My ratings are honest and as accurate to my knowledge and to the knowledge of most Greek members.
