Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 1.6 Went there one night, wasnt a huge party or anything, but still alright. Not a lot of girls and when me and my two friends walked in we were pounced on a creeped out. Left to Phi Delts next store, Pi Kapps are kinda be littled by the house next store. It seemed a lot more popular with alot of people coming in and out.

And he was drunk. Weird... so I'm sure this is the same guy who tried hooking up with another house member
