These guys are lame af, I went to a party last year there and one of their guys literally didn't know the rules to beer pong... But like for real, they just seemed weird in general and antisocial. good luck tho

MIDDLE TIER

The guys I know are seem pretty decent. Now that they have the old Phi Delt house, they are set up for some good events. On campus for two years and seem to be getting solid.
