Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 4.2 These guys are good but it’s just weird how they never change from being upper middle, truth is they will never have a chance as a top house unless they become wet or get a better party house. Still a few houses better than them - Signu Fiji tkes pi kapps sae theta chi but they aren’t a bad house to sign just kinda boring and average.

Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 3.5 I usually always stop at Malibu when I'm out, can always find a wine bag or Burnetts being passed around. Usually a good time, every guy I've ever met there has been super friendly, respectful and fun, except one dude who tried putting his hand down my pants and shirt... unexpected from PKT but other than that they're dope
