Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 4.4 I have some good friends in the class and i kick it there sometimes, really chill and party hard, they like to black out lol. They have a big PC and they look pretty good, i think they're on their way up.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 4.8 Best party i've gone to since ive been here my freshman year was here. I love it, they guys are all really cute. Their house is kinda dirty but thats alright, ill be back there for sure :)

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 5.0 Went there last year like every other weekend. I loved it and nothing with beat their Halloween party, that was insane! Heard you guys are up to the same thing this year. I heard they have a really good PC too, good things to come :)

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 4.6 I've heard a lot about this house and attended one of their open parties to seem what it was all about. There was a lot of girls there so that was a plus, i hate going to a party with no girls and getting creeped on. The party was great, good music and everyone was dancing. All the brothers seems to know and like each other. A couple guys were like totally blacked out and being stupid, but it wasn't a big deal. I liked it though and wouldn't mind coming back.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 1.0 This house has a terrible reputation for being very creepy and shady with girls at their parties and i have witnessed it first hand. Guys are only about getting girls drunk and then in their pants. Although the guys are decent looking they fail in every other category

Not a respectable house by any means. Completely degrading and are not kind to other chapters on campus. This house is what makes us Greek members look awful. Only got lucky with recruiting their younger PC because they were lied to (red flag) about being a top house and all top tier houses (Ato, theta chi, delts) were on probation last year. Men going through recruitment, dont go near this house.
