They might not be in the top 10 but they are improving pretty fast, faster than the other two middle houses at least. And yes they may not hang with any of the big frats or sororities but just give them a few years they just came back.

Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 4.0 We went there last year after they had some of the biggest tailgates on the row last fall. Most the guys are pretty fun and friendly. They had some smaller stuff in the spring but they should throw some big parties in the fall.
