Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 4.5 In the past this house has had trouble, but this year the house is awesome. they are definetly on the rise especially with this years PC. i've chilled with some of the guys and there all really tight and know how to fricking party.
