Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 4.2 They are great guys and should definitely be rated higher. Their parties are always fun even when there aren't a lot of people there. Kornhole parties are some of the best I've ever been to and they have some really hot guys. Everyone I know in the frat love it so they seem to have a good brotherhood.

Funny how Pikes across the street are still a top house after going through 10x the things these jokes had to. Just shows how strong (or weak) a chapter really is.
