Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 1.8 So far away from everyone else on greek row. Had 1 good party on halloween and only because ATO was with them for a biad. Never hear about these guys. Definitely not top tier like some of these other people are saying
