Don't think as bottom as many make them out to be, but no you're not a 'top house' not sure why anybody is even mentioning that.

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 4.2 Great guys! Grown a lot from my freshman year but honestly they aren't at the point where I would necessarily go. A lot of my friends like to their liveouts and after one of their last one I can understand why. So yeah, great nice guys, growing fast, but not at their peak yet
