Any one who was any one was at the phi delt triad last year second semester 2012 Thetachi ATO triad. That was one of the most crackin parties. But phi delts pulled the fire alarm at midnight and everyone went to theta chi. who set up the triad in the first place. These guys aren't number 1 but still not bottom tier. really though we're still talking about looks
