Is it worth rushing as a junior year transfer student? If so what houses would take a transfer student?

Woops, should've mentioned that I'm a dude, so I'm only looking at Frats. How do I find out about Rush events? I'm totally clueless on the process since I'm the first in my family to go to college.

Go to the UW IFC website and get your name on the rush list, houses will hit you up from there.

I know lots of houses will sign juniors, but If they do probably only 1 or 2 so it will be a lot tougher

I'd say the likelihood of getting signed by any houses in the upeer middle / top is very low unless you know somebody so I would shoot for the ones below that. There's list all over this website

Yeah it really depends on who you know. But we gave a bid to a junior at our house so there's always a solid chance if you're decently likable. Top houses like Alpha delts, Tkes and Sigma Chi most likely won't unless you're lucky and have a lot of friends there.

The rushing process is simple. Just a bunch of events where the brothers get to know you. Don't worry about it too much
