what do frats think about mid/upper tier sororitie

Do top tier frats (like Beta, Pikapps, Zetes, Alpha Delts, etc) like seeing girls other than Pi Phis and Thetas at their parties? Specifically girls in upper/mid tier houses? Or would they rather just hang exclusively with top tier sorority girls?

I feel like there's a little bit of everyone at those parties, but for sure they seem to only hang out with mostly top houses, which seems boring and makes no sense because there's nicer/hotter people elsewhere
