I'm a Freshman that won't be around Spring Quarter, but want to rush. Do fraternities give bids to sophomores? Best time to rush?

yeah i have a few sophomores in my pc. they don't care that much. spring is usually the best time to rush because the parties are so lit but summer is great too for rush
