what are dz and zta like!?

I'm just being honest not trying to be mean here...

DZ: girls are really fun, outgoing, quirky, unique. They are not very similar in personality, all very different. Not a very stereotypical sorority, some girls can get a little weird/unclassy but overall some really nice girls who aren't afraid to be themselves and have fun. Solid sisterhood

ZTA: The bad personalities in this house unfortunately give this house a bad name. I've had far too many catty encounters with these girls. Poor sisterhood, not very well-liked in the Greek community. It's sad because I have met some really sweet girls in this house but the ratchet zta's ruin it for the rest of them

Honest opinions of these houses from a girl in neither of these chapters:

DZ: I have a couple of dz friends, and they are really sweet and fun. However, when we have philanthropy with them, they can be incredibly rude and vulgar towards my house. I have seen other girls in there house being very unclassy, or I have met weird ones. But, every sorority is a mix of women so I could just be meeting girls who don't rep the house well.

ZTA: All the ones I know are very awkward. I am sure there's a lot more to them, and I love to see them out more! I see a lot of DZs, but I never see ZTAs.

They are both great sororities and you can't go wrong with either one. If you are looking for social status DZ is defiantly higher than ZTA. But both have great women in the houses.

from the perspective of a guy in a house that hangs out with both DZ's and ZTA's-
Both of the houses are actually really similar, the only difference is that DZ's PC 15 seems to have a slightly better sisterhood than ZTA's. Both houses are social and can get rachet at times.. both houses have girls that are hot as hell and not as hot so honestly i see the houses as virtually the same

DZ- girls can be either kind of "mom"ish and studious or outgoing and fun, have a good interconnectedness within their sisterhood I think, pretty cute overall

ZTA- it seems like most of the girls are pretty loud and funny, but for some reason I rarely see PC15 and 14 actually going out together, but they are still interesting girls, pretty cute overall as well
