Please learn how to spell, and construct a proper sentence first. If that is how you text her I would say no as well. Also, with that tremendous lack of self confidence you will never find a date. Quit spending your time trying to convince someone else to go with you, and first convince yourself that you are someone worth going with.

No girl will go with anyone unattractive (that's just the truth) and being low tier really doesn't help.
That said, if you're set on going to formal, reach out to a GDI or someone who doesn't have a greek system at their school and potentially offer them some $?
I think it'd be smarter (since word would get out here) and you'd have more success.
