Leaving out the obvious good party houses like sigma chi, tke, betas, zetes, alpha delts. Most improved in the social scene from my freshman to sophomore year
1. Sig Eps
Most of the girls I know love coming here and going to there formals and GADs, only till recently did they get popular
2. Phi Psi
The first party I went to here was awful and hardly any girls were there (I think a bias with lambda's lol) but their last party was packed and the decorations were SO good.
3. Theta chi
I think these guys are still recovering from low membership or something, but even tho they live right next to us no girls from my house wanted to party with them until their new pc reached out to ours. There definitely on their way up
