ffr vs. cob as a sophomore?
by: transfer
I'm trying to transfer to UW as a sophomore in the fall, and I'm really interested in joining a sorority. Is it true that most sororities will drop me because of my age (I'll be 19 at the time)? Have any sororities recently taken sophomores into their pc?
Or would COB give me a better chance at joining a sorority?

Hey! So, it is more difficult to rush as a sophomore in FFR. Houses want girls to be as involved and stay around for as long as possible, so freshmen are generally a higher priority. That being said, that DOES NOT mean they will drop you. If you get along well with a house and want to be involved in a sorority, you will be fine! COB gets a little bit trickier because it's later on in the year. I would recommend that you do FFR and if it doesn't work out, try to do COB. Good luck next year!
