Thetas only hang w betas and tekes and are really rude. They are generally disliked by the majority of the Greek system. And they aren't even all very pretty. Soo is it really a top house? Haha

From the perspective of someone who participated in serenadea this year, I would say tri delts pc was hot af they should go up, and sk and zta should switch places zta pc is garbage
