tdx parties and popularity

It seems like they have a good enough reputation, but to anyone in the system, are they well known/respected? Do they actually have good parties? Are they "on the rise"?

They're a pretty chill house girls like going there they don't really have anything controversial happen there however the only reason why it is not a good house is they're just so lazy and don't do anything lol
