low tier vs dorms? why when girls hate low tiers?

girls dislike the low tier frats a lot.

hell a bunch of girls told me to rush other places instead

so why join a low tier frat? I haven't dormed and was thinking I'd do that instead then.

Can't even meet certain girls in certain houses or they won't come to your parties either haha.

I rushed my sophomore year. I had already made a bunch of friends in the dorms and they continued to be my friends when I joined a house. Now I'm a live out and throw parties at my house all the time, and my friends from the dorms and the GS come to them. You can do both.
