A phi and Tridelt are NOT top, and AXO and ADPi need to move down at least 2 tiers. Maybe even move ADPi down three if thats possible

Pi Phi is NOT top based on pc 15. Haha..A phi and Tridelt killed it in recruitment, and are definitely considered top houses. Switch KD with Pi Phi and agree that ADPi and AXO move down.
