haven't found my frat yet.

Hi,

I feel like I haven't had a "yes" moment in regard to fraternities. I looked into 7(?) but I never really felt at home at any.
For example, I liked TDX, but one could tell that for the most part, the members were stoners.
I liked PIKE, but the house was pretty messy...
Phi Kappa sigma was cool, I guess...but the guys were eh.
I didn't tour, but Acacia seemed too small...
KAO....nah
Phi Kappa tau is a maybe.
I take academics seriously, and am looking for a well established (somewhat clean) house that has great food and better people. I also am a party animal on the weekends...So, work hard, play hard.
Any suggestions? Finding the right one is harder than I would have thought.
