lower tier sororities - still try top frats?

do the girls in low tier sororities still try to go after the guys in top tier frats or generally higher frats? It seems like they do. or do they stick with the lower frats for things like GADs and formals?

Girls go wherever they want. "Top house" girls may go to lower ones, "bottom house" girls may go to higher ones, it doesn't really matter. Sure some houses hang out with each other more but individual people differ a lot.
