by: sororitygirlDuring recruitment sororities tell their members very strictly how to act, what to say, what not to say, and that includes having to smile almost at all times and treat everyone perfectly nicely because otherwise it makes them look bad. During your conversations with them, try to get a feel for who makes you feel uncomfortable because that can guide you to figuring out who's being fake. It's really hard to tell though because they're all required to act this way. It's a good idea to take advice from current students or friends who know people in the greek system and who care about you as a person and would want you to end up in a house full of nice people.
