I heard that it is best to be in a house on greek row- you don't feel part of the greek system if your not- is this true?

no if anything, be on 21st. it has most of the "top tier" frats. I think that there are some good sororities on 17th though but not sure

The best frats are on 21st street, but 17th (which I think you're referring to as greek row) isn't that far behind. Just don't be on 18th

The opposite is true. The best parties are away from 17th, like at Sigma Chi and then the three top 21st frats

There are both solid frats and sororities on 21st. It may not be as typical "Greek Row" looking as 17th but being out of the way has it's perks.

You should rush around as much as you can and choose the one that fits you best. Most houses are on the 4500 block from 17th to 21st.

Yes, Greek life is so incredible on Greek row (17th)! You have everything there. Think about the malls you want to shop at; you want the best right before you. Yes, there are a lot of fun things on 21st, but it is just not the same.
