international from asia looking to rush frats

Hello,

Quick question, do the fraternities take international students from Asia?

Also I'm only getting in mid September. Will the PCs be full by then or do I still stand a chance? Or should I wait till next fall?

Some frats like ATO and Lambdas continue rush until the end of December so you should stand a chance with them
