I heard from another house's rush chair that they throw the best parties at UW? Is that true?

They're in the top five with TKE, Sigma Chi, Zetes, and AEPi for best parties at the school

AEPi is strugglin’ though. But yeah, the Theta Delts throw it down. I’m excited to see their serenades

ONE of the best party houses, not THE best party house. That title belongs to either Tekes or Sigma Chi

As someone who parties there weekly, I'd put it head to head with TKE. Sigma Chi rages the hardest at UW, everyone knows that. Zetes, AEPi and Alpha Delts are right below TDX.

They don't get nearly the quality you'd expect from a top house. The numbers may be there but the quality of girls definelty resembles a house that isn't on the same level as an established house

TDX is has dedinitely had the best parties while Ive been rushing. I'd say every rushee should definitely check them out at least.
