I'm currently rushing TDX and I'm not sure what I think of them. Are they a good house?

This is the most objective I can get-
-Party as much as top houses.
-Consistently great parties, but can't throw pentads cuz of the size of their party house.
-Smoke a lot of weed.
-Guys are pretty chill so they don't really judge too much.
-Very social so pull some great girls.
-On the back side their house is not as big as Sigma Chi, Tekes or Zetes. Just 68 bros living in.
