Party Houses - Alpha Delts, AEPi, D-Chi, Fiji, Betas, Pi Kapps
Don't Party (Dry) - Phi Delt, Theta Xi, Sig Nu, Phi Tau, ATO, KA Order, K-Sigs, PKT

Any house not listed is between the 2nd and 3rd category, where they throw the occasional good party but are average in most cases. Thoughts?

TKE, Sigma Chi, Alpha Delts, Zetes, and Betas are the only houses that should be on that list. Maybe Fiji if we're being generous.
